Calendar of Events - Mobile

Android Based Phone

Follow these steps to view the St. Mary School calendar of events on your Android based phone.

1. Use your computer's (not your phone's) web browser to go to http://calendar.google.com/
2. Sign in with your Google Account that is associated with your phone
3. On the left side of the screen, in the "Other calendars" area, click the "Add" link and choose "Add a friend's calendar".
4. At the prompt for the Contact Email, enter sms.hydepark@gmail.com
5. Now make sure it is synced with your Android phone:
   1. On your phone, open the Calendar application.
   2. Press the menu button of your phone and select the "More" option.
   3. From the More menu, select "Calendars"
   4. You should see the "St Mary School" calendar listed with the option to view/hide it.

iPhone/iPod Touch

Follow these ten steps to view the St. Mary School calendar of events on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

	1. Find and click on the "Settings" icon.
	2. Select the "Mail, Contacts, Calendar" option.
	3. In the Accounts group, click "Add Account..."
	4. Selecte the "Other" option.
	5. In the Calendars group, click "Add Subscribed Calendar"
	6. For Server, enter this address (without line breaks): www.google.com/calendar/ical/sms.hydepark%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics and click the "Next" button. If you prefer, you can visit http://www.smshp.com/events.aspx on your iPhone/iPod and copy and paste the address from the bottom of the page.
	7. Wait while the calendar address is verified. If you get the message "Unable to verify account information", you've likely mistyped the long address in the previous step.
	8. Click the "Save" button on the Subscription page.
	9. The "St. Mary School" calendar should now be listed in your "Subscribed Calendars".
	10. Find and click on the "Calendar" icon to see the St. Mary School calendar right along side your other calendars.
