Class of 2009 Earn High School Scholarship Offers and Entrance Test Awards

In the Fall of 2008, St. Mary School Grade 8 students joined hundreds of students from around the archdiocese in taking an entrance exam for all Catholic High Schools in the city. Students selected three schools to receive their test score and then waited to hear from those schools until mid-January.   • One Trustee Scholarship of $20,000 over four years.
  • Four Leadership Scholarships of $10,000 over four years.
Purcell Marian High School awarded:
  • One Brems Scholarship of a full 4 year tuition of $31,300.
  • Two Praestans Inter Omne Scholarships of $15,200; ½ of the 4 year tuition
  • One Catholic Student Achievement Grant of $2000
St. Ursula Academy awarded:
  • Six Admissions with Distinction
  • One $1000 Jean & Dave Beblo Scholarship
Ursuline Academy awarded:
