Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) Residents
BUS TRANSPORTATION
As the 2022-2023 school year approaches, Cincinnati Public School (CPS) will create bus routes over the summer. PLEASE NOTE: Although your child is a non-public school student, CPS is responsible for providing public transportation for your child should you choose to use it. Under Ohio law, students are eligible for CPS transportation services if they reside within school district boundaries and are at least one mile away from an elementary or 1 1/4 mile away from a high school.
If you WOULD LIKE TRANSPORTATION, live in the CPS school district, and are 1 mile away or more from St. Mary School, please do the following steps:
- Complete the bus transportation survey from the icon below.
- Send a copy of your child’s birth certificate(s) and current proof of address to lkoslovsky@smshp.com.
Upon submitting the request, families will receive a Notice of Eligibility Letter from CPS indicating the status of the request and the mode of service assigned to the student if deemed eligible to receive transportation services. St. Mary School does not operate the bus transportation service. Please visit https://www.cps-k12.org/families-students/transportation for any transportation questions you may have.
