2026-2027 School Year

2026-2027 Flat Rate Tuition: $8300

The 2026-2027 Tuition includes all field trips, electives, technology, and school classroom fees. Outside expenses could include Sports fees, PTO dues, or grade-level travel trips.


Scholarship and Grant Opportunities


CEF- Catholic Education Foundation funds through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati

  • Families up to the 600% FPL are encouraged to apply. 
  • The deadline to apply for tuition assistance through the Archdiocese is February 28, 2026.

Active Parishioner Tuition Scholarship of $1100  

St. Mary Parish provides tuition assistance to each student in an active parish family.

EdChoice Scholarships

  • EdChoice Traditional – Based on your public school assignment, EdChoice eligible schools can be found HERE. Not sure of your public school assignment? You can use this Cincinnati Public School address lookup map HERE. The EdChoice Traditional Scholarship amount is currently $6,166 for grades K-8. 
  • EdChoice Expansion – Income-based and available to every student in the State of Ohio. Calculate your estimated award HERE.

Steps for applying for the EdChoice Scholarship:

Step 1: New Request or Renewal Form

Step 2: Proof of Address

Submit a copy of a recent utility bill that includes both the mailing and service address.

✔ Duke Energy or a water bill works best.

Step 3: Return these documents to St. Mary by March 16, 2026

Email your documents to edchoice@stmaryhp.org (preferred) or submit hard copies to the school office in a sealed envelope marked EdChoice 2026-2027.

Step 4: for Expansion Requests

EdChoice Expansion Scholarship Requests require Income Verification with the State of Ohio.

  • First time applying for the Expansion Program? Please reference the Income Verification Quick Guide.
  • If Income Verification has been previously completed (for an older sibling), there is no need to complete it again. Your award amount will be determined based on your previous submission. You can complete Income Verification again if you feel it is advantageous to do so. Please confirm that your new student is listed in your State portal as a member of your household so that their application matches up with your family’s income verification.
  • Renewal Requests don’t need to complete the Income Verification again unless you feel it is advantageous to do so.

Enrollment Fees

Returning Students
Re-enrollment Fee: $175 nonrefundable administrative fee.
Returning Student Withdrawal Policy*
Withdrawal between February 1 and April 1: A $100 fee will be charged.
Withdrawal between April 1 and May 1: A $200 fee will be charged.
Withdrawal May 1 or later: A $500 fee will be charged.
Student records will be released upon receipt of the returning student withdrawal payment.

New Students
1. Application Fee: $250 nonrefundable administrative fee.
2. Enrollment Fee/Deposit at the time of enrollment offer: $500

  • $400 is applied towards tuition and is subject to any refund based on scholarship awards received. 
  • $100 is an administrative fee.

New Student Withdrawal Policy*
Withdrawal between February 1 and April 1: $200 Refund
Withdrawal between April 1 and May 1: $100 Refund
Withdrawal May 1 or later: No Refund

*When a student is registered or re-registered at SMS, the planning begins immediately. Staffing and budget decisions are made based on every registered child being a part of our student community.
